How do subscriptions work?
Subscribers receive the latest issue of Old Friends every month by mail. You will be charged automatically on the same date each month unless you cancel. Depending on your sign-up date, your billing may be one payment ahead of the issue being mailed.
What is the cut-off date to receive the upcoming issue?
Subscribe before the last day of the month to receive the upcoming issue.
For example, to receive April’s issue, you must subscribe before March 31. Subscriptions started after March 31 will receive May’s issue as their first delivery.
Issues ship around the 5th of every month.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in through the website.
When will I get my first copy?
Delivery times may vary due to your location and external factors. Estimates are 1-2 weeks within Canada and 3-4 weeks internationally.
Can I submit to Old Friends?
Yes, you can submit your work here. Please review our submission rules before submitting. Submissions are always open.
Can I update my address?
You can update your mailing information anytime by logging in through the website.
Can I buy one issue instead of subscribing?
Old Friends is subscription-based, and issues are currently printed in small batches for subscribers only. Single issues may be offered later.
