Shipping policy

Old Friends is a print publication shipped via standard mail.

Orders are sent without tracking. Once an order has been shipped, Old Friends is unable to provide tracking updates or delivery confirmation.

Orders are processed and shipped during the first week of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service conditions and are not guaranteed.

Old Friends is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the postal service. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders affected by postal issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Old Friends is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
