Refund policy

Old Friends does not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, all issues already paid for will still be fulfilled and shipped. Cancellation will apply to future billing only.

Old Friends is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been handed over to the postal service. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders affected by postal issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Old Friends is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and we do not offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
