Cancellation policy

Old Friends offers recurring subscription purchases. By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring billing at the selected interval.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by the customer through their account. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not affect any orders already placed or processed.

Old Friends is not responsible for cancelling subscriptions on behalf of customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription before the next billing date.

No refunds will be issued for subscription renewals that occur before a cancellation request is made.
